For UAD platform there's "Precision Enhancer Hz", which also creates harmonics for bass sounds.

Try to create to new project and drag the frozen clips from your original project into the new project. I don't know if that works, but you should give it a try.

I tried Beyerdynamic DT990 at a friend's studio. I found that they match the sound of monitors better as other headphones I tried before.

On my old PC days I worked with CoolEdit and Audition very often.

I just played around a bit with the beta. Loaded a file, used some VSTs/AUs, checked out the multitrack mode. I liked it instantly. The GUI is nice. No more Audacity, yeah!

The 2nd display on the mixer section of the mk1 makes it very usefull for studio. With the built-in Ableton template it shows the track names automatically. This is very very nice. Don't know why Novation dropped that with mk2. It's stupid.

I don't have Virus, but NI Maschine.

Did you try to re-initialize the audio engine by clicking onto Live's CPU meter 2 times (1st for disable, 2nd for re-enable). Sometimes I have unusual lags in audio response when using Maschine. After doing the re-init trick, it's getting better.

GSI-201 is nice. Compared to UADs Space Echo it sounds more filtered or dampened. Sometimes this is exactly the sound which is needed for dub echoes. Somtimes it's not clear enough. I prefer UADs Space Echo. It's better to control because of a clearer sound. So it's easier to get long echoes driving...

OK, maybe. The last 2 or 3 times I bought some stuff, I got a demo reset. So I thought this is the rule for a demo reset.

Good demo policy too, you can use any UA plugs with full functionality for 14days before buying, so you can take your time testing each purchase before you make it..
