humm... i tried but I seem not to find the perfect combination... could you maybe post all the preset somehow? or explain it to me more clearly? I don't have 2 saw, i have 10 saws. does it make a difference? and i have been messing around with beat repeat and had no luck... thanks your help

Timbaland effect?

I would like to achieve the same effect used on the main synth melody you can hear in the song ''my love'' by justin timberlake and t.i. (just youtube it and you could listen to it).

it's not that i want to argue but when i was writing the last post i was experimenting the normalize button and it really lowered my kick sample that was clipping by 5 db. the sample with the normalize button pushed on is lower in volume than the other one which i rendere without normalizing. crazy ...

If you were already pushing your song to the max (look at your master fader... does it reach 0dBfs?) then the normalize button does nothing. laird I thought that when your master track was clipping the normalize button was bringing down everything to 0dbfs !?? to get back to pbasonuk, laird is righ...

I don't see why that's a problem since you've correctly assumed that that's what was going to happen... the problem is that I don't want to hear this drop of volume.
