Re: Celebrating my 1000 crasches.
That is sad. Are you now using Usine, or Bidule now? Why would you persist? Must make it very hard to make music.

Re: Request feedback - new to Forum and Live
I liked them! Very Andreas Vollenweider-ish, sorta. Are those hardware synths? There is some hiss and noise floor that you may wish to get figured out, but I like the compositions - keep creating!

On March 5, 2010 A Wienermobile was damaged after a car crashed it to its side and took off the bumper. There was minor injury to a 7 year old kid standing up in the weinermobile.[citation needed] As a person who was born in Wisconsin, I am delighted that it appears to be the home base of the Weine...

Re: Deadmau5 remix contest?
I am assuming that deadmau5 is a very nice fellow, and I am glad that he has achieved success. I just heard my first song of his on Pandora. It seemed to be composed entirely with a single note, and reminded me of the bass line from "Running with the Devil" Bomp. Bomp. Bomp. Bomp. Bomp. Bo...

Re: Soundcards With Internal Routing
Are you using a pc? Have you tried right clicking the speaker icon, choose open volume control, select options, properties, select recording, and look for stereo mix. This may enable the recording of any sound being produced on your machine. (On my setup, this is separate from my Firestudios audio, ...

Re: I am very Stupid and need help.
The pads and faders on the MPD24 can all be set to different midi channels or to the "Common Channel" of the unit, as set in the global MPD preference. Have you observed what information is actually being sent by your unit? If midi is being received by Live, then you just need to harness t...

Prevent Blue Hand Focus?
Is it possible? I would like to have that functionality throughout my template set, but not on loopers! It can totally wreak havoc when I bump a knob and a looper is focused. If there is a way to say "no blue hand for you" to loopers that'd prevent a total meltdown (on stage of course, wit...

Re: looper and clip sync problems
Hmm, wow. The only time I've had problems is when I forget and place my laptop on something other than a fan base or up on a stand, and it's overheating. Is yours staying sufficiently cool? And, yes - def try it with the mouse and with latest version etc. Keep us posted, it really can work!

Re: New Mac - Same old crashes!!
Definitely learn about the inner workings of a healthy operating system, and by all means stay away from the internet! Disable/uninstall all Apple spyware, iTunes etc, and don't allow a bunch of bullshit to start when your computer boots, and you might be amazed at what your machine can do.

Re: Refused Breath Test...
Yes, I suppose that is true . . . I guess I'll continue avoiding combining the two pursuits! That said however, it does seem anything short of waving a bloody severed head out of your car window in Buffalo and the cops pay zero attention. The burbs though - just having dreadlocks or a left wing poli...
