Thought so, the issue with lagging GUI's on Windows 4K is known and on the radar.

Sometimes on the low end simpler is better. It's amazing how many great sounding tracks use just a simple sine wav as a bassline. Are you using (very) high refresh rates?

The lag in GUI processing on 4K screens has been present since the first 10 release. Improvements were introduced in beta releases, but the lag has not been eradicated or significantly reduced yet. This issue is on the radar.

Hi McNitt,

Ableton staff posted an update on the AU issues on the beta forum. Unfortunately the fix for this issue did not make it in time for 10.0.2.
Implementation is scheduled for the next beta, which will be released soon (indicated around 1 or 2 weeks from now).
