rodie7677, If you have the driver installed for the Edirol PCR you should be able to just plug it in through USB and select it as the Midi control input in Live. This would probably be easier than using the Audigy...because that would require more cables : ) The rest of the Midi preferences are prob...

cderum, I personally do not think it is a lack of ram problem... Have you tried putting only Amplitube in the VST directory? May be a combo of plugs causing a problem? Do you have any other 2.x versions of Live besides 2.03? Are you sure that you have killed all components of Amplitube before reinst...

Mbazzy,

I am not sure what you have.... must be an NDA involved...

All I can say is that I have personally seen this problem with many controllers, but mostly with the Oxygen 8. Controllers jumping all over the place....

Mic-Minimal,

Just find all of your Live sets and Reason songs and save as self contained.

That way you have everything.

Should be easier to backup.....

Hopefully you can find all of your sets and songs : )

cderum,

What exactly happens.
Does Live lock or crash?
Is the CPU pegged when you add 1 Amplitube?
Does it always happen when you add Amplitube?
Do you have the problem with other applications and Amplitube?

Any info will help....

Mbazzy, I am not sure if I understand completely. When you click on a parameter in midi map mode, 1/10 shows as the assignment before you do anything? If so it sounds like you have a stuck control. CC 10 is usually standard for the pan control. Your controller could be transmitting this control beca...

dpel,

Do you have the same issue if you select another audio device type in Live? If you could try a bounce without using the RME, just as a test.

Just trying to narrow things down a bit....

cderum,

Have you made sure that you have the current version of Amplitube?

I ask because maybe the demo was newer than the full boxed version.
Sometimes those boxes sit on the shelf for awhile.

Just a thought....

Turbobob,

Is "run midi in background" checked in the OMS midi setup?

Do you have the latest driver for your Midisport?

Start trashing prefs if needed.....

What version of Live are you using?

Are you using 2.03?

What OS are you using?

You could try trashing the preferences if you are already using 2.03

I tried to break it, but I can't.......

Please be sure that the pre-listening button is active in the browser (the headphone icon in the top left of the browser). Also be sure that the volume is up for pre-listening (this is located in the master track). If it still doesn't work, check the preferences audio tab and see where pre-listen is...

Have you tried downloading and installing the PCI-324 driver from the MOTU website?

Does Live have any problems if you remove the ASIO driver from the Live ASIO folder?

Do you have any other applications that you can use to test the PCI-324 ASIO driver?

Mic-minimal, Try this- Delete the .asd file for the offending loop Open Live Set the tempo in the transport to the tempo of the loop Bring the loop into Live again These steps may help Live calculate the correct tempo. Be sure that Live is not doubling the tempo for the clip, if it is just use the &...
