If the drum cell in maschine is a sample it is already on your hard drive. Search for the location of your Maschine library.
Or ou could load Maschine in a drrumrack and save each kit seperately. Once set up this should be easy.

Mark them in Live's browser an either right click - "Clear All Colors" or press 0.

Check if you are in the right mode. Per step automation is available in Device mode, while nudge, length and velocity show up, when Clip mode is activated.

F12 toggles the Clip View

I can't try this now, but as far as I remeber you have to bind the parameter to a macro in Maschine first. This macro is then exposed to Live.
