You can compare settings between plug-ins in different tracks, just disable "Auto-Hide Plug-In Windows" in Preferences.

If it is within one octave then Scale device should work. Otherwise. you need to use MIDI Effect Racks with key-zoned Chains (plus Scale or Pitch devices).
