you can do it in session view too.. just ctrl click on the racks you want to record and then (make sure you have 'record on launch for the scenes in pref's) then hit the play button on one of your scenes.?

That should do it.

When you were recording did you adjust the volume sliders ? Ableton tracks every adjustment you make when recording to the arrangement..

I can't offer any advice on why your volume is low ?

No its fine, i've been using it on my 12" for a while.. it does get a little crowded, with the more scenes and clips you have, and when you start to add effects, but you just have to minimize some of the window that you're not using.. Its not unusuable at all.. On a side note - I'm gutted there...

you can download real samples at different strengths and i dropped it into simpler or with 909 samples dropped them into impulse.. they sound sooo good!
