Re: Sound Quality Issue when Exporting Audio

Are yr tracks, 'specially Zebra, frozen? I'd say freeze + flatten, I would think Live would have an easier time bouncing. Think about it, if it sounds fine with resample, it would sound the same flattened. Just be sure to switch the warp mode to repitch after you flatten everything (or maybe just yr...

Re: Pitch Problem Importing Samples?

This might be moot but maybe you have Repitch set as yr default warp mode? In Live's prefs, you can switch it up (beats, complex, so on) under the Record/Launch/Warp settings.

Re: Freezing/flattening MIDI clips for juggling beats.

Why not do this with midi? Just create a "Follow Action Template", where each step triggers the next slice and drag it to your library. Now if you slice a loop, just drag the follow action group back in the sliced track. http://www.mediafire.com/?wbvo716h80r4130 thanks for the upload, I a...

Re: is it possible to warp a song from major key to minor?

Being as that a major key is made of multiple voices "frozen" into one, it would seem fruitless. The only way this seems possible would be if you had the original stems but even then its unlikely, unless each and every note was recorded seperately. Perhaps by layering duplicate clips and g...

Freezing/flattening MIDI clips for juggling beats.

Say guyz, I've been trying to figure this one out for quite some time now. Could use yr help. I've been chopping samples in Ableton for quite some time now and have had a lot of success, a lot of unexpected sounds with rearranging clips with the follow clip function. In fact, there's nothing I'd rec...
