for the past 5 minutes yes..
I'm not a one topic pony
I know, I'm not trying to be a dick to you, it comes naturally.
his is growing to annoy me..
you and many others for some time now. he used to annoy the piss out of me.
his only topic right now is to systematically blame or catch Ableton on mistakes..
and that's bad why?
meh.. leave mate, so did yer audience..
so now you're a moderator?

do this routine to the political threads, Timur helps Live. so what if he
wants to put the Ableton programmers' feet to the fire?? if they have any
pride in their work they should embrace a good hard look at their work
to made it as good as possible.

because he spreads half or even less truths, but even more so his attitude and head are growing..

naah.. that was just a little request..

sure.. not saying we shouldn't keep the pressure on certain issues,
but as I said, noone is listening anymore, his cards are played out,
what's left is systematically trying to nail Ableton employees on their words..
little context bending here, reading every word twice to see if someone says something wrong there,
and then publicly screaming "hey look!! Ableton said something wrong!.."

beh.. meh..

I agree, he's driven me nuts before, Timur and I have had our multi-page rants. totally joking about the moderator quip, of course, you're chill,
always have been.

still compare him to what other people go off on, I appreciate him making
Live more robust, moreso than say, yet ANOTHER post on politics or what
some fool had for breakfast.

Timur - maybe you can change your style to suit the masses? or not,
FUCK EM!!! :P

So where exactly did you prove me technically wrong? Did you even try to discuss any topics with me and teach me anything valueable?

Big nonsense. Most of my posts are replying to some poor guy running into performance problems with Live. I`m not nailing anyone systematically on anything unless it involves my lady (and that involves her approvement as well!).

Besides that there are several old and current posts that do not deal with Live (and Ableton) at all, like helping Rave with his track or telling about my new backpack (err, wait, I`m gonna write this one later  ).

Nope, I screamed: "Hey look!! Ableton said something right!.. and it took them only somewhat more than eleven (11!) months to spread the word to their users/customers.

Ableton Live = Cool and unique concepts (well, heavily inspired by old Tracker applications)

Ableton Developers = Probably working hard, but too few in numbers for Live`s codebase and release-plan. Too slow in maintainance because of that.

Ableton Quality Assurance = Do they have someone dedicated to QA at all? If so then think about looking for someone new or get him some help.

Ableton Support = Friendly and generally nice people. Try to help as good as they can. Problem is that "they can" seems to be limited to incomplex problems mostly and that they prefer losing you as a customer than admiting "Sorry, we acknowledge your problem as valid and would love to help, but we are Not ABLE TO offer a solution because of limited resourced." Most often used sentence: "We cannot reproduce that here."
HAL: I know I've made some very poor decisions recently, but I can give you my complete assurance that my work will be back to normal. I've still got the greatest enthusiasm and confidence in the mission. And I want to help you.

^ no one doubts that you are trying to be helpful. It's your defensive style and tone that's put many people off.

But you're not going to own up to that, are you?

Feel free to continue to be defensive now.

As long as you respect people you try to vindicate yourself to them. "Them" doesn`t necessarily mean the one you are replying to though, more the ones you assume to be reading the reply. ;

Tim, I have a ton of respect for your abilities, your tenacity, your attention to detail, and your willingness to help. I just wish you would temper how you deliver your message...I wish you'd bury the hatchet with Ableton, and I wish you'd figure out how to channel your energies in a positive way for the benefit of the whole community. If you can sign up for that, then I will give you even more respect, for being a team player.

What do ya say?
