Guten Morgen!

Two things for you today:

Starting today, a friend of mine, Suk-Jun Kim, will have his "In Tune, Out of Tune" installation playing in Schlossplatz. Jun was at the summer ALUGB meeting at Suicide Circus and recorded many of us humming tunes. Now you can go to Schlossplatz and hear his completed work.

The opening is on Oct. 11, 11:30 AM - that's in about an hour's time!

The piece will be played every hour from 8 AM to 10 PM from Oct. 11, 2009 to Jan. 31, 2010.

Originating from the ever-growing Ableton Live User Group Berlin meetings, core members of the group perform every Sunday at Soupanova. It's all about the music...

This week:

Ingo will be playing gorgeous trumpet.
You're Only Massive = Maebh 'n' Dave will be playing special sets.

In cosy gorgeous Soupanova = cosy chairs, cosy soup, cosy people = gemütlich sunday

(both Ingo and You're Only Massive played at last week's ALUGB at Farbfernseher too)

this is a message to all berlin based abletonians...

i am very sorry to disappoint you, but due to my recent work situation, being utterly busy,
i do not manage to arrange another ALUGB meeting this year just before x-mas as planned.

the ALUGB is NOT dead and will surely continue in 2010!

i am just not able to organise something properly still this year.

i am very sorry and hope you all have enough patience to wait for next year and another ALUGB.

i am really sorry guys, i am a bit disappointed myself that it want be another one this year,
but if i do it, i want to do it properly and nice like the other ones and i simply don't have the time right now,
it would be a rush, rush halfhearted meeting... and i rather put proper energy into one beginning of next year
and we have some good fun again.

i try to make it tonight to the soupanova electric lounge for a beer, thou... still can't even promise if i managed that.
