generally speaking Gen Y is known to be selfish, impatient, spoiled, have a sense of entitlement and short attention spans, all brought on by a society of instant gratification and working parents that never gave them attention, the web and the laziness technology can nurture. they require more attention than other generations and constantly need to be told that they're special and doing a good job. think emo, think nathannn.
