Aye, ableton are the masters of suspence :-) I really am itching to see if my max/msp/live predictions are true.

At a recent Live Clinic in Fairfax Virginia - Houston Singletary hinted at that.
I'd say we'll see something.

Or just doing what any smart company does and not releasing any information until it's ready. I find it amazing how folks on this board think that there is some sort of devious aspect to it all.

strange, as Ableton has always said that a, one, controller for Live does not exist..
who should it serve? DJ orientated? production Arranger? Session view Live gigging? etc.
all comined in one, makes it way too large.. or maybe smaller, and for one, new purpose only..?

Do Cycling actually have any experience in controller manufacture?

I would have thought their expertise was in graphical programming environments eh? Not hardware.

It would be like Autechre and Aphex Twin teaming up to produce an acoustic Folk album.

Yes, we work on a controller. And I am proud to show you a first prototype. The final product will be a bit smaller and comes in two colors, green and pink. Each row controls a clip plus FX. The CRT display can be touched with a pen...:
