no unlocks for christmas!

Post by triss » Mon Dec 22, 2008 8:58 pm

i've just bought a new laptop due to either the graphics card or the screen packing in on my old one, been through the joys of booting it up, installing the updates, installing ableton and then being given a message telling i've run out of unlocks for ableton!

now that's not a bad thing in itself, but there's no support team in over christmas! not until january apparently!!!!!!

am i due an abletonless Christmas????

Jesus wouldn't let it be so surely?

:(

some one please feel sorry for me or something.

Why don't you get a trial serial? That'll keep you happy for 14 days.

I hope their celebrating christmas in Berlin. Chilling with some glühwein and curry würst!

You're most welcome.

Merry christmas (if that's what you're up to this time of year)!

Hi Triss,

we still provide unlock service and emergency support over christmas (email only). Please send us an email with your serial number and we'll add a new unlock key to your license asap.

Best regards and merry Christmas,

This has got to be the happiest thread I've seen all year!

I think the thread title should be changed to:
"Unlocks for Christmas and love to all!" :D

I nearly had a tear in my eye *sniff sniff*. A christmas with ableton is like a christmas with no booze and mince pies.
