two products?
THREE it seems:

No, I’m not especially thrilled about embargoes, either, but the folks going to that press conference are watching us on their iPhones as I write this, so it’d be a bit like me telling everyone that Bruce Willis is already dead.

The cycling74 announcement and the Ableton announcement AND the akai announcement, but I reckon Akai will be in charge of selling that one? Hence "two"?

I'm guessing 899$ / 999€ (funky maths, but prove me wrong. Europeans get screwed sideways with the Euro.)

stop guessing huge prices, they haven't announced yet so maybe they want to see what people will pay for it?!

I'd pay £10 for it  :D

I'm guessing $799. Ableton didn't go for the reach the masses with this, they went with "let's do this right".

Very cool, I was actually considering another controller (my Axiom 25 is a bit limited) so this could be it.

I hope they're aiming at mass sales, low-ish Novation-ish price!

It's kinda cool from their point of view; all you need is a bunch of buttons and a microcontroller and a USB interface, there is nothing inside that generates sound. This would be a great way to program manic jumping beats because you can start clips by pressing buttons (I know there's a faderfox that does this too) It looks like 1 button 1 function which is good, I hate all this multi function shifting crap, try to work that out Live on stage with the adrenalin pumping.

By the way it called "Ableton controller" not "Live controller" bit weird huh?
