How am i supposed to be getting on with work today?

This is a nightmare, this event is really exciting!!

This is how i normally feel around Macworld - but this is way better than Macworld... NAMM is the new geekfest for me.

Oh, sorry, back to work (for a bit).
Macbook 1.83ghz. Ableton Live 8 :-). Guitars and keys and retro sh*t.

im trying my best to focus on fixing bugs but its not easy.

if only i hadnt spend that day last week getting my compiles running much faster. :)

I am a coder by day and I must admit I have run full builds about 5 times this morning so I can keep an eye on the forums. each build tales 45 minutes. lol

At my job, I have this button labeled "ACW", it stands for "after call work". I'm in a call center, and when it's pressed, that means you're not rec'vn calls. I normally use an hour or two a day of this...

Most of the time I'm on this forum...

Damn I hate work...

If you can imagine it, it can happen...

I'm in a similar boat - coding a front end for an Oracle database, I've compiled plenty today! Haven't written much code at all!

Didn't think I would be this excited, but now I've seen the Akai box.....

I think that's how the all Abletons manage to keep such a good eye on the community, as Ableton takes a similar amount of time to compile.

they all watch the forums too you know!
Except they can't say too much of course, in case they give the game away.
today they are mainly laughing a lot I assume

Some smart bastard in here "improved" the build process so it takes significantly less time. He's not a popular person. :x
