can you hold a company responsible?

can you hold a company legally responsible for giving you a heart attack when they announce their new products?
I'm hoping to sue them for the exact amount of the upgrade to 8 suite.
also, maybe I could sue them for causing my divorce several months after I get live 8 suite.

I know! There's me thinking NAMM announcement is gonna be fairly unremarkable. Not at all excited. Then BAM! BAM! BAM! (apc, max, live8 for anyone who's been asleep under a rock on mars with their eyes closed and their fingers in their ears for the majority of today)
I'm fucking flying. Adrenaline surging through every bit of my body. Haven't even taken any drugs! In fact that would probably kill me right now, if this doesn't anyway.
I worry about my marriage in this climate.

I actually got a long rush from just learning about some of the new features...
a natural high...
Ableton you're doing the world a lot of good....
