it's obvios it's a photoshop

even the picture is taken from akai apc 40 with the exact match of buttons
they could have created smth more unic in illustrator or 3d apps ;)

A lot of people take the piss out of Behringer but if they did add a pad version to their BC*2000 range then a lot of people would be all over it. Sure they are a bit crap but they're also excellent value for money and do the job.

I think that the concept of that controller can make us appreciate all the more Ableton's choice of partner for making the controller we all dreamed of.

However, even if Behringer were to make such a product it wouldn't have the two way communication with Live....I'm sure somebody could do something eventually with MFL for a similar result with such a controller, but then again....even if it was able to work this way it wouldn't change the fact that it's styling would probably be less inspiring than an AMC Gremlin.
