So tragic and yet so beautiful at the same time. I am sure that Melodyne will still reap the major benefits of this technology, though perhaps this will keep their prices a little more gorunded.
Why is it that the .de makes me feel so much more confident? Wow, what a week for small German companies!

Anyone try this? I finally bought my upgrade to Live 7 to save on 8, don't really want to drop more $$......but if this is legit and works well, then I'm all over it.

No report yet? I'll try to find time to grab this over the weekend and try it.
This seems to be original software, or did they somehow get hold of Melodyne code and rework it?

i hope it does work, but i tried the free version of the monophonic one when it came out and couldn't work it out at all. from what i remember you had to capture the sound into ram and then start working with it, but it was fiendishly annoying so i gave up. that may only really mean i'm thick but i generally do alright with this stuff...
Hp Elitebook 2.8Ghz. Live 7.0.14 & Live 8.1.5, XP Pro. and stuff...

Ableton should be quick and swoop this guy up. He looks like he's still a student (at Harvard, judging by the email addy). If they could integrate this into Live, it would seriously be game over.

Either that or work with Melodyne.
Ableton is such a cutting edge program that it deserves an equally cutting-edge playmate.

I´m using the free version as a tuner for my single cycle samples from Sampler. It works perfectly. I haven´t use the other features as I don´t need them right now.

I think you confuse DNA with autotune...
