Hey peepz

I've just ordered the upgrade from lite to live 7 by email (paypal)
I know they're busy, but I'm already waiting 3 days for a confirmation.
:P Yea just can't wait (also to upgrade to live 8 ).
But 3 days is long in my opinion because I'm begging to give them my money hehe.

Any other people waiting for a confirmation? (who ordered this week).
Just curious, something tells me I'm doing something wrong.
(I emailed customercare@ableton.com with my details).

Any time I've purchased from Ableton w/paypal (more than a few times), I've gotten my product serial #'s pretty much immediately. I don't know what ur situation is, but its understandable that they would be especially busy lately. When you upgrade, it should add a new serial # to your profile. Did you check there? Click 'manage account' (or something to that effect in the menu bar on the left) and check your registered products maybe?

I checked your email adress, sunaivod.
Actually you sent 4 or 5 emails over the last three days and the orders team went through all of them - they really work hard, turst me.
The duplicates are already sorted and the order will be worked on, soon.

In general: if you don't get an error message bouncing back, you can consider your mail as being received.
As mentioned in the coupon statement (top of the general forum) please show some patience at the moment, we're getting an unbelievable amount of feedback now after the NAMM announcements.
