Ugh.... i've been running into more and more issues with my cpu getting bogged down. Last track i did i was steadily in the 65%-75% range, and because of how i had stuff routed i couldn't freeze much. Sound was glitching all over the place and i couldn't hear the track sound right until i bounced it out - which took about 20 minutes! Was running two instances of Circle, one instance of Blue, and a bunch of d16 plugins, but it may be upgrade time.... :?

Save for some bits drizzling from the air when the wind blows from Fukushima, no.
I tried since to add performance tests with a 64-bit Windows XP host OS as well, it bricked all the other OS'es. Maybe that's what hit Fukushima too...

My Live set that I had been running on my older computer made the CPU idle between 25-45% and periodically jumping to 50-60%, AND I would get a few hiccups when changing presets on synth plugs, or recording in M4L looper devices, OR running the Ms Pinky Device, and using the Finger.

My new computer cruises at a steady 10% with my Live Set. So I tried adding plugs I had originally taken out of my set to ease the CPU, such as a Reaktor Compression ensemble, and a better reverb plug. After adding those things my CPU idles between 12-14%. It doesn't choke at all when recording FM8 loops to the M4L superlooper, and auto exporting them to a Ms Pinky deck, while playing drum clips that trigger drum samples and the Finger, with reverbs active, and all going to a master compressor etc. :D :D :D
