Those are not 'lessons', they are more like a very light overview of the new features, but they don't really teach shit.

It's gonna take me a couple of days to warp one song. I used to do it in seconds...

You might check this thread. You can find lots of info on how to use the new warping engine and, despite all the ppl complaining about it, it works pretty well in Live 8 too. Actually, ppl are saying they're warping whole songs even faster now than in Live 7. It's a matter of setting the 1.1.1 on the first beat and choosing 'warp from here'.

that pretty much does it...set the first beat to 1.1.1. and you should be good to go.
