I have nothing against the guy, he's just trying to make a living.

I dont get why everyone here hates deadmau5... I think his music is pretty tight... Wouldn't call him the best tho...

Yeah I like what I've heard. I go to Coachella every year and I heard some of what he was doing, I liked it as I recall. I wouldn't say it was the best electronic stuff I heard last year but I'd remember if I didn't like it.

Cheers,

We hate him because we can :P

.... and because we love it ;)

Watch out Ravemonster, since you pwned the deceased rodent on your poll, you're going to be next - but that's OK 'coz a bunch of 18 year old drones will purchase your music and vote for you at the world dance music awards too !! And Tiesto and Justice will no doubt still have their drones nominating them too, as usual ....

"Not Exactly" kills in a big room, and all the heavy-hitters were playing it... He blew up from there.

Some of his tunes are way too heavy for my taste but a lot of them have a great vibe... They are all well produced imo.

Listening to it now. I can totally see that you are correct, and wise. Not sure if I've heard this before but yes, it rocks.

I not listen to techno to much (because I do TV) but I listen to this. This guy has talent. I dont like disco sounding comp/pump crap but his stuff is top quality of that genre. The only problem I see with this Deadmouse guy is his handlers. Too big to fast means you disappear real fast in techno, no staying power. He needs to pull back and not let money men use him up in 2 years then to be thrown away to the side.

imo
