Is Input Latency' audio input latency or midi input latency?

Hi,

I want to know if input latency refers to audio latency or both audio and midi latency? I'm using an RME Fireface 400 for both audio and midi.

At 192 samples I'm getting 6.83ms Input latency and 6.53ms Output Latency for a total overall latency of 13.4ms. However when I play midi virtual instruments it doesn't feel like this much latency... on audio it's definitely noticeable but I can direct monitor for that.

Audio. If you aren't running any external audio into LIve, it's a non-factor.

Oh, any idea what midi latency tends to be like? I'm using the Fireface 400 for my external synths and keyboards and a also a Remote SL via USB.
