yeah, I like it. Some don't. Most DJs tend not to favour it because it colours the sound. It's good you noticed it though.

Personal preference I think.

never noticed that but i don't think I've ever used it.

EQ 8 all the way here, I see EQ 3 as more of a dj tool and i don't dj

well thats the thing

I am working on a DJ set but the EQ 3 colors the sound as said before. But the EQ 8 tool isnt set up for DJing like the EQ3 (Cut lo mid high)

You have some nice rack options, and the filters can sound really nice. I´ve used it sometimes to devide frequency ranges in racks, even though its not as accurate as eq 8.

No you can use eq 8 exactly the same way. You have 8 bands you can specify and turn on or off with a button. eq 3 only has 3. But you can do the same thing.
