Live 8 Midi keyboard problem

Hi,

I have Live 8 and I'm having a problem getting my M-Audio Oxygen8v2 keyboard to work. Strange thing is that when I create a new blank live set the keyboard works fine when I add a vsti synth to a midi track, but when I open a previously saved project then no sound is heard from any midi channel even though I can see the midi light blinking when I press the controller keys. I've checked the in/out settings and everything seems fine. My preferences are shown below:



I think I must be missing something somewhere, any info greatly appreciated.

Got it sorted out. I didn't realise that the 'arm record' button on a channel had to be clicked for it to work.
