It's a T-rex Big Tone - a Danish amp that is not being produced anymore. Sounds a bit like the AC30...

As a chef, i look at this and immediately start thinking..
"Hmm,, sage, spring onion and feta cheese stuffing... trussed and basted. Pork fat barding and about
45 to 60 minutes on a moderate heat with 10 to 15 on a high heat and about 10 minutes resting.
Would be very nice served with mash potatoes and steamed broccoli sauteed with cheery tomatoes
and marjoram".
