Realplayer 11 can play em back. not sure but there miiiight be a codec for quicktime to play em. could be worth looking into.

On a Mac you'll need Perian to run the .flv files in Quicktime.

Also if a video is available in HQ you can click that and often the hi-res file will be an .mp4 which runs in Quicktime without any add-ons.
