StealthPedal-a great Live controller too!

Post by IK_Support » Sun Jun 21, 2009 5:43 am

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to let you know StealthPedal, our new USB audio interface/MIDI controller in a Wah pedal is now shipping! As a DJ and Ableton Live 8 user I have been using it as a live looping controller and audio interface, and it is working really well. So for anyone here who does any sort of heavy live looping, check it out at http://www.stealthpedal.com , and if you have any questions let me know!

3 weeks I've been waiting for my FCB to come into stock now!! I paid for it already and now I just have to sit and wait for that big ol chunk of metal to come waltzing through my door.

Edit: I thought the post title was truncated, but it wasn't lol. I was like "to what!?! What will it do!!?"

You can expand it to have 2 external footswitches and an external expression pedal. The volume knob can also be assigned as a MIDI controller. Plus it has a built-in audio interface. It is actually really flexible.

Adventure pants has said what I dared not.
I for one a saddened that corporate greed has spread to infect every aspect of our lives.
And yes perhaps you are scraping a living as we all must do,
but to think that this type of soliciting is anything but an assault on our sensibilities...
If you have a product that is in anyway worthy to consumers of Ableton it will undoubtably
be made clear, by consumers of Ableton.
Someday maybe we will live in a society where money/power isn't the main driving force,
until then please leave this a sanctuary free from the endless barrage of commercialism.

Maybe a lower price, I mean for real, IK shit is waaaaaay overpriced.
I use T-Racks but no way will I upgrade. 99$ a effect, nor pay 3 or 4 hundred for the entire "upgrade".
You would do well to reflect on Propellorheads' business model.
Seriously they are going to be offering a seamless DAW for $125 to their previous customers,
and that includes Line 6 software as well.

Advertisers have to pay to advertise. They dont give their products away for free, so they dont get to advertise for free on a forum, at least not without abuse.

Glad to have you here, Paul. I imagine you knew enough about this forum to expect a little venom now and then. It's a wise move on IK's part to have a moderator here. We have a poster named "ewistrand" from NI here, and he sorts out a lot of issues for users all the time.

Tone, you know the FBC isn't an audio interface. Compare apples with apples, otherwise you come off as a n00Bian.

definitely my bad. I'll go edjumicated myself. I'm a bit too relaxed ATM, had a good weekend.

edit - nice compliment to the IK line. Stealth Plug for $100 (sound card only), then $200 for this. I wish they'd go to higher sampling rates, I loves me low latency.
