I suppose I could clone my internal HD and then just go for it, but I'd like to hear from a guinea pig first :)

i did. works fine. no problems yet. snow leopard is pretty much leopard but with tiny nice new things

so far, so good. I go to the studio tomorrow. I'll know more tomorrow night. Shit seems pretty fast though, not to mention about 13GB freed up. Audio Midi Setup is laid out a bit different, nothing to hateful though.

13 GB freed up, huh? So you didn't do an "archive and install", you just did an upgrade?
