RIP Patrick.

Dude was suffering.

@ aqua_tek I never even heard of Steel Dawn googled it.. good?

He was in Red Dawn too. I loved that movie when I was a kid. We used to run around the neighborhood with our toy M-16s and AK-47s screaming "Wolverines!" and pretending to blow everything to shit. That was back before toy guns had to have orange tips and what not. Good Times! Imagine... I didn't become a cop or join the military and I never shot or robbed anybody either. Hmmm I guess all those over protective moms were wrong about toy guns. Bitches.

RIP.

Gotta lotta respect for how he fought his cancer to the end and completed his TV show on A&E even though he could barely stand.

His movies were hit and miss but that is as much to the fickleness of Hollywood as anything else. When you fall off the A list you only get the crap movies, but a man's gotta work.

"Good" is relative. To me, it's one of those flicks that's just SO bad, it actually rules.

You can watch it on HULU

I mentioned "Red Dawn" mistakenly. Had never seen it. Didn't even know Swayze was in it. Lucky coincidence.

Anyways I just saw the Red Dawn trailer on youtube and it looks horribleAWESOME! Must try and find this for some bedtime watching. That plot reminds me a lot of Toy Soldiers. I loved that flick.

Anybody that can honestly make a post like that can enjoy Red Dawn  Do it! Don't buy it, pay for it etc. but yeah... watch it. Charlie Sheen and a bunch of others (i forget) are in it when they were real young/just gettin started.

meantime... I'll give Steel Dawn a try  I've got Netflix watch instantly action on my Blu Ray player. I love it so much. I pay 8.99 a month and laugh at the cable company (who are not able to bill me) every time I watch a movie!
