Advice on quality sound effects

Post by Phobik » Tue Sep 07, 2004 5:25 pm

I'm looking for some GOOD sound effects. I've downloaded and even purchased a CD of effects, but the quality is poor. I'm interested in things like machinery, construction sounds, computer blips, ambient noise, anything industrial. I don't have access to a recorder otherwise I'd record some stuff myself. Any advice (website, CD) would be greatly appreciated.

i would also check the lucas film sfx libraries, though i think the first link is exactly what you're looking for

if you want i could post some examples of them for you
