Hi,
Ive been trying to find out what this exactly means.....
On the APC blurbs it says
'Comes with Akai APC40 edition of Ableton Live Lite, free upgrade patch for full versions of Live'
and
'Comes with Ableton Live Akai Professional APC Edition, free upgrade patch for full versions of Live'
I'm currently running Live 6 and would love to get the APC but I'm not sure if the above means I get an upgrade of Ableton with the APC....which upgrade? The one with the special APC version or the full version of Live or simply ABleton Lite? Ive tried searching the forum to no avail so was wondering if anyone has the lowdown.

you get live lite 7 apc edition, the free upgrade is for live 7 users to let the APC work with it ( i think)
