Sorry to dig up an old thread but I would love to know if you resolved your problem as I have the exact issue...on fader 6 and have done since about when this post was made.

I'm getting the exact same problem now too. Fader 6 does nothing. The MIDI light doesn't even flash. Fader 5 also slightly moves fader 6.

Mine is doing the same thing, fader 5 works a little bit, but fader six isn't working at all. Pieces of shits they are... :x

And of few of my encoders are going wonky. They just kinda jump around after you move them and then continue to move around.
