aiff or wav

I have a disk to import sample clips either in WAV or AIFF format. Which would be best to use. I'm on a Mac with LIVE.
I know this has been covered, but can't locate it.

they're pretty much the same thing, PCM. AIFF is little endian, .wav is big endian.
