Is it possible to buy this second hand? If so anyone not using them or wanting to sell please let me know...

I was thinking about selling off individual instruments off my "suite" version to strip it down to the normal, but if you look at the support page it says that you cannot sell a single license, only the whole. So to answer your question, I don't think it is possible to buy second hand ableton instruments such as Session Drums.

That sucks I wish I could sell you mine. I never use Session Drums.

Let me know if you figure out how and we'll strike a deal. Even if it we cant exchange money I'd be way down to trade for something.

this is from the support faq:

Am I allowed to transfer a license for an individual component in Ableton Suite to another user?

No. You may transfer your entire Ableton Suite license to another user, but not licenses for single instruments or libraries within Ableton Suite. If you already owned licenses for one or more add-on components and then upgraded to Suite, you may transfer those previously purchased licenses separately.

Mmm there you have it I guess I'm out then as I bought the suite as a whole.

Kinda sucks wish I could get some use out of the money I spent for the stuff I dont use.

Well, maybe you can find someone who'll buy the whole Suite from you. Then, you take that money and come back and re-purchase the stuff you want. You might come out ahead.

Well, I am selling Live 7 Suite along with Live 8 Suite for $515.

yeah - seems like you can only sell if you purchased individually seperate to Suite...makes sense really...well I'll not give up yet...Seems like a much more streamlines drum solution from the complicated and huge BFD efforts...
