7>8 + max 4 live = discount?

Post by timbreland » Sun Dec 06, 2009 2:53 am

Just a quick question about pricing..

is Max 4 Live more expensive if you buy it separately from 7>8 upgrade? Because my account page is showing me that its going to cost $300 more for m4L. I'll spend it if I have to but I was under the impression that if one buys 8 upgrade with m4L together there's a discount.

Would rather postpone m4L purchase if there's no discount for buying it now, with the 7>8 upgrade..

from what i can see on my license, there should be a significant discount to buying m4l with the upgrade

make sure you are checking out all the possible shop pages

Yeah I just double checked--

7>8 suite upgrade boxed $208
7>8 suite upgrade boxed +M4L 508

M4L Separate 299

So no savings, actually $1 more.

well it could just be that they offer better deals for bigger upgrade jumps. that makes a lot of sense for trying to lure in users with older versions.
