When did the wobble bass officially jump the shark? Was it with this topic?

And I'd like to know what is "with the times" or is this strictly based on it being in commercials so it's no longer cool or underground?

Don't ask me. I don't watch T.V.
I watch commercials vicariously through people on the forum.
My current understanding is that ALL the music either
a.) sucks
b.) doesn't suck.

Also, I think that he is implying that commercials didn't use to suck and at one time they ALL had great music.

I wonder when that was :?:

wait wait wait... now I'm really confused :?

what if the "in thing" is retro?
what "times" do we have to "get with" then? - the original or the new worse/improved?

so many questions and only one all and powerful Oz.

shambhala is actually a really incredible party, by the looks of the light and the stage it's on, that's a timeslot meant to showcase some local producers. which is cool, even if it seems like a sleepy attempt at glitch mob.

other than laswell & wobble (who still rock) are there any other older examples of the lfo wobble? it seems odd that it would take so many years for that to be popular since it's been on synths since the invention of the wheel.
