It does look rather good. Chris Randall has posted a load of audio samples on his blog too. I think the biggest win here, apart from sound, is the user interface. Very simple and effective.

Should be released soon also, but no info on pricing as of yet.

bah... really not feeling the need for yet another drum-synth...
the fact that the built-in sequencer can output midi is cool though...

I was waiting on this plugin..

Since fruity loops I was missing some good clean step sequencer.

Pardon me being dumb here, but I've got microtonic and often supplement it with samples loaded into Simpler. You talking about triggering Simpler, for example, using midi data from mt? ATM, I program the samples using Simpler on a midi track, is there a better way?

I love Audio Damage. But not everything they do is what id be looking for. It all depends how advanced the synth part is, and if it brings something usable and smart to the table that steps out from whats on the marked already. The interface seems nice.

Can someone post a link to the audio demos?

Id love to see a Machinedrum in vst. Without the wacky step sequencer. Or if they put it there, id like an option to hide it and switch it of for cpu saving.
I know some folks love drum step sequencers. But I prefer using Live for that.
