Been 'snowed in' here for most of a week.. 40 cms fell in one day.. Managed to get the car down the track... Now I'm wishing I had a donkey! Temps have fallen over the last couple of days and more snow is forcast for early next week

When I lived in Buffalo we once got about 7 feet in 48 hours and they had to call in the national guard. Usually it's more "mild" with about 3-4 feet at once then steady snow the rest of the winter.

Now I live in Queens and I usually get a laugh out of the people here complaining that a few inches is some scene out of "Day After Tomorrow"
