can i sell and transfer ownership of live 4 ?

I have to sell my boxed set of Live 4 as I need the money to buy another DAW cause Live is not really working out for me.
Anyone got any ideas of how i can sell and transfer ownership legally to another person?
I sent an email to ableton a while ago but it seems to be deathly silent.. no reply.

wish I knew about your offer a little earlier since I just purchased Live 4 for a friend and well looks like I'll have to wait a while before being able to access it.
