Sound cards & monitoring

Does the EMU 0404 cater for monitoring too. ie. are there two analog stereo outputs. The spec say "Two 1/4" Analog Outputs (unbalanced)".

Does this mean a left & right single pair, or two stereo pairs?

If this card cannot be used for simultaneous playback & monitoring, which value card will?

Ok, I may be daft, but I am still unclear if his means two mono or two stereo?

I am beginning to have my doubts that this card will be any good for playback and cue-ing, so if anyone could recommed a card which can, I would be very grateful!!
