Synthogy Ivory crashing Live 8.1 on startup

Has anyone been able to successfully load ivory into Live 8 without it crashing on startup. Scanning my plugins folder with Ivory in it creates the all too familiar Serious Error reminder.

deleted pref and cfg files over and over, and have tried different versions of windows

Hi.
I think your problem may be resources.
I upgraded my MacBook Pro to a Hybrid 750 GB Seagate Momentum Hard drive with 7200 rpm and an SSD partition - hence rat fast with 600mbs. And 3GB of Ram. No probs at all. Using Live 8 though. The other alternative could be a bug in 8.1. Not sure about that.
Check your resources and buffer setting (play around). I'm using Ivory as an AU unit in Live.
