The new Apple iPad is coming out soon and I am wondering if Live will be capable of running on it. If it is possible, would that mean that you could just touch the screen to trigger clips?
I feel like Live won't be able to run on it (atleast the full version), but it seems like it could be something that Ableton COULD take advantage of in the future...

The iPad will be running a similar OS to the iPhone.
No native Mac apps will run on it. However some kind of Lemur style apps will no doubt be created.
TouchOSC will be available immediately due to the iPad's ability to play iPhone apps.
