White writing on dark background?
White writing on dark background?
Is it possible in Live?
I like the dark backgrounds but with black writing it is hard to see.

Re: White writing on dark background?
Wished there was more possible with customizing skins. i also would like to have a dark gui but only the arrange white or sumptin. (a bitlike cubase has) keeps you focused.
Re: White writing on dark background?
i use something similar, the apple pro skin (same base as for the linked skin) heavily modified and customised, not by me though, but i gave the ideas...
and design features... but it is not ready for public sharing yet. still under development and surely not everyones cup of tea
however, it has white writing as well.

Re: White writing on dark background?
the 'tobacco' skin included with live is dark enough for me while still being legible...

Re: White writing on dark background?

Hey SubFunk, I saw your skin in another thread and really like it. I'd be glad to know how the text was modified, what tools used etc. The skin editor just won't take me there...

Hi there,
i made a skin that has white writing and
is, aside that, not that boring grey.
I think this skin is perfect.

I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. Now, what I'm with isn't it, and what's "it" seems weird and scary to me.

Re: White writing on dark background?
Your skins are fine still I'm looking for that magical tool to make detailed changes here and there.
Take a look at SubFunk's private skin

that's like having a new app!

I found some answers here:

It seems that all the changeable elements are there in editor, you just have to find them!
