Sustain Pedal Assignment in APC40

Hi,
I am trying to setup a sustain pedal attached to FS1 of my APC40 to act as a sustain pedal.
Anyone know how I can make that assignment? Default is Play button trigger I think.

Remote mapping it to all your sample/synth release values might be a workaround?

Got the same problem here :O I don't know why it doesn't do what it's supposed to do...
i even went to my local music store where I bought it but they were not able to help me..

Come on you guys, there must be an easy answer to this. Any hints?
