Inspiration question

Hi there, guys! Have been listening to some pieces of awesome music here, and started thinking, where do you usually get inspiration from? Does it come from your favorite groups, or just something in your life that helps you to create something?

i got to have the (conceptual) idea first and then get in to the practice. the best way for me to come up with an idea is usually to go for a walk. usually it is a final consequence for procrastination but it works!

First, I listen to music on my CAR STEREO that I got from a CAR STEREO DEALER. That makes me want to hurl. So I do. I hurl the CAR STEREO.

Then I make my own music. Right now we're working on a song about SPAM and CAR STEREO vendors that won't go away. Its a violent song so I can't post the lyrics here.
