I think it may be time to sell my maxed-out MPC2kxl and trade up toward Maschine (provided I can find a student discount).

Does anybody here use it live?

Question to Ew

I just got Maschine and on the front it says new version with additional content, it was the older version and updated to the latest beta, but is the new 1Gb content only with the 1.5 update?

Oh and hurry up integrating Maschine into Traktor Pro and Visa versa

Is MASCHINE useful for anything apart from "making beats"?

I'm trying to catergorise this by using a genre of music, but I fear I would start a genre war of some sort.

I guess, I mean, is it useful for things other than "Fundamental electronic music"?
