Hey,
Yet another question for me to help decide on Windows vs Mac;
Is opening Livesets, maxpatches, Reason songs, VST samplers with loads of audio etc faster on mac?

Open your closet. How many turlenecks do you have? if the answer is 1 or more, then yes, get a mac. You really want to anyways.

i would say .. look in your studio.. how many external drum machines and sequencers do you have that benefit from a good midi clock? if the answer is 2 or more get a mac..

Do you do a lot of beat programming and clicking using a mouse or midi controller? If so, you def. need a mac.
