There have been more issues in the past with IKM software for SOME Live users (before others leap to their defence), quite a few people complained about (especially) samplemoog and amplitube 2 in the past, although those issues mostly seem to be resolved now.
Demo before buying should be common sense though. No matter how attractive a group buy can be, test it first and then if you're hunky dory, drop the cash. These are great plugins so long as they work for you

Yes they used to be an unstable lot but I concur that they are (more)stable now in Live. btw- they were just as unruly with other DAWs too.

No problems here,and i'm on WINDOWS 7 both 64bit n' 32bit.
Just finished a project using SAMPLETANK with 12 instances and no problems thank god.
But, your advice to try the demos is always a good thing to do first.
you can run sampletank ...
but can you automate or use live's parameter box???

They let me buy ST XL just few days before launching this Group Buy. They did not enroll me and IK Multimedia do not answer my Email

. That is not a nice company. My Sampletanks XL & XT are for sale - 50 euros.

Did you log a support ticket from the site? There's a form, and they will definitely sort you out. I believe there was to be a grace period (part of the reason we see "x signed up" right at launch from what I'm told)... If you have a support ticket number PM me with that. If not, either please open one and keep me informed or send your email address registered with us and your IK username. Thanks.

You've been working with support. If you are dissatisfied with the motion so far (we do verify and fix bugs and are committed to doing so) please PM me your support ticket numbers. Thanks!
